IF SOMETHING DOES NOT WORK:

Returns postmarked within 7 days of delivery are eligible for full refund.

Returns postmarked between 7 and 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit ONLY.
ITEMS THAT ARE FINAL SALE:

Any item that is purchased with a discount code.

Any item that is described on our website and/or social media as a "sale piece."

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED:

Before mailing a package out, our mail team checks each piece to make sure that it will meet the customer's standards. We know that mistakes and accidents happen, though. Should your item arrive damaged, we will do our best to either A) have it quickly and carefully repaired or B) send a new piece out. Please email janeybeejems@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery if this is the case.
IF YOUR ITEM BREAKS:

Hey, it happens. We will happily repair anything that has been purchased within the past 6 months for free. There will be a small restringing fee for anything older than 6 months. Please email janeybeejems@gmail.com before mailing.
